Shipping Policy

We understand that prompt and reliable shipping is crucial when it comes to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Here is an overview of our shipping policy:

  • Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping methods to accommodate your needs. The available options, including their estimated delivery times and associated costs, will be displayed during the checkout process. The shipping methods may include standard shipping, expedited shipping, or any other available options provided by our trusted shipping partners.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on most orders of $100 or more to the contiguous United States.  If your address is not located in the contiguous United States (Hawaii, Alaska, International, ect.) your order does not qualify for free shipping.  For unqualified orders, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

  • Processing Time: Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process your order as quickly as possible. Our typical processing time is 1-3 business days. However, please note that this may vary depending on factors such as the availability of the item and order volume. We will provide you with an estimated shipping date during the checkout process or in the order confirmation email.

  • Tracking and Updates: We provide tracking information that allows you to monitor the progress of your package. You will receive the tracking details via email once your order has been shipped. This enables you to stay informed about the whereabouts of your order during transit.

  • Shipping Restrictions: While we strive to offer shipping services to as many locations as possible, P.O. Boxes are currently not support for shipments.  Please use an alternate address for orders.

  • International Shipping: For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. It’s important to be aware of your country’s customs policies and any associated charges before placing an international order.

  • Packaging and Protection: We take great care in packaging your order to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Each item is securely packaged using appropriate materials to protect it during transit. In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • Shipping Insurance: To provide an added layer of protection, we may offer shipping insurance for valuable or fragile orders. This optional insurance can be purchased during the checkout process and covers the item’s value in case of loss or damage during transit.

  • Pre-Orders: As a default, orders will not ship until all items on that order are available. We suggest putting pre-orders on separate orders from currently available items so that they can ship as soon as they are available.

Returns Policy

At Game Grunt, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We understand that sometimes circumstances may change or you may have a change of heart. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for your convenience.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Please note the following guidelines for our return policy:

  • Non-Returnable Items: While we strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience, there may be certain items that are non-returnable for various reasons. These items typically fall into the following categories:

    • Digital or Downloadable Items: Digital products, software, or downloadable content, including games, e-books, gift cards, or music files, are generally non-returnable due to their intangible nature and the risk of duplication or unauthorized use.

    • Intimate or Hygienic Products: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, earrings, or similar personal items are non-returnable. This policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of our customers.

  • Condition of the Item: The item(s) must be returned in original condition, unopened, and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item(s) shows signs of use, alteration, or damage.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, to initiate a return. This helps us verify the transaction and process your return smoothly.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 30-day return window. They will guide you through the return process, provide you with any necessary instructions, and address any questions or concerns you may have.

  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item reaches us safely.

  • Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange according to your preference (based on product availability). Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase or store credit. A restocking fee (15%) may be applied on a case by case basis. Shipping costs (which include but are not limited to shipping labels used to originally ship the order, return shipping labels, ect.) and payment processing fees are non-refundable.

  • Clothing Policy: In addition to the above, to return clothing the following must be followed:

    • Exchanges can only be requested for the same item in alternate sizes.

    • If your exchange cannot be completed due to unavailable stock or a different item is requested, a refund will be issued.

    • Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.

    • Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.

    • Items covered in glitter, powder, skin cells, or other matter are subject to denial.

    • Items with piling may be subject to denial.

    • Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, scented sprays, body odor, etc., will not be accepted.

    • Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.

    • Any returns that are delivered outside of 45 days of the delivery date of your order may be subject to denial. Please contact our customer service team if your return is delayed unexpectedly.

    • If your return is denied, we will notify you via email. Your order will then be reshipped to you within 4-7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. We have a cancellation policy in place to provide you with options in such situations. Here are the key details of our cancellation policy:

  1. Timeframe for Cancellation: You can request to cancel your order within 30 days. Typically, we accept cancellation requests before the order has been processed for shipment. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and a return process must be initiated. It’s important to reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible to initiate the cancellation process.

  2. Contacting Customer Service: To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. Provide them with your order details and the reason for cancellation. They will guide you through the process and assist you with the necessary steps.

  3. Refund for Cancelled Orders: If your order is eligible for cancellation within the specified timeframe, we will issue a refund to you. The refund will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. It may take a few business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on the policies of your financial institution. A restocking fee (15%) may be applied on a case by case basis. If your payment has already been processed, payment processing fees are deducted from the refund amount.

  4. Exceptions to Cancellation: There may be instances where cancellation is not possible or subject to certain conditions. This includes situations where the item has already been shipped, is part of a limited edition or exclusive release, or is a personalized/customized item that has already entered production. Our customer service team will provide you with guidance specific to your order and inform you if any exceptions apply.

We recommend reviewing our policies, including any specific terms and conditions mentioned at the time of purchase, to fully understand your options and any potential limitations regarding your order.
