Order Never Arrived

Please note that in some cases, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or logistical issues can cause delays in package delivery. While we strive to ensure prompt and reliable shipping, these factors may be beyond our control. Here’s a few things you can verify:

  • Check Order Status

    Has your order shipped yet? You can verify the order status of any orders you’ve place by logging into your account and viewing your orders. Verify the order has been placed and the order status says Completed.

  • Check Tracking Information

    Verify the tracking information provided for your package. You can find the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email or by logging into your account and viewing your orders. Use the tracking number to check the status of your package with the shipping carrier. It will provide details on its current location and estimated delivery date.

  • Check Delivery Address

    Ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is correct and complete. Sometimes, packages may be misdelivered or returned to the sender due to address errors. If the address is incorrect, contact our customer service team immediately to update the information and arrange for re-shipment if necessary.

  • Lost or Stolen

    Does tracking say delivered but it hasn’t been? Check video footage if you have any! There are also times when packages are scanned as delivered but have not been, so typically waiting a day or two makes the difference.  Regardless, please reach out to our customer service team to help resolve this issue.

Order Arrived Damaged

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the arrival of your package in a damaged condition. We understand how disappointing and frustrating it can be to receive a damaged item. Please follow the steps below to address the issue:

  1. Document Damage: As soon as you notice the package is damaged, take photographs that clearly show the extent of the damage. This includes the outside packaging as well as inside.
  2. Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to inform them about the damaged package. Provide them with your order details, tracking number, and any documentation or photographs you have of the damage. Our customer service team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
