Can I Return My Order?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Check our Shipping & Returns page or Contact Us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Do You Offer Local Pickup?
Yes! We offer you the chance to pick up your order yourself! Just make sure to select Local Pickup at checkout and that you're in the Milwaukee, WI area to be able to pick up. Orders are typically ready for pickup within 24hrs!
Do You Price Match?
Our mission is to provide the best prices we can right from the moment we put a product up for sale, therefore we do not price match other retailers.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Please review out Shipping & Returns for more information.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process your order as quickly as possible. Our typical processing time is 1-3 business days. However, please note that this may vary depending on factors such as the availability of the item and order volume. We will provide you with an estimated shipping date during the checkout process or in the order confirmation email.
How Much Is Shipping?
We offer free shipping on most orders of $100 or more to the contiguous United States. If your address is not located in the contiguous United States (Hawaii, Alaska, International, ect.) your order does not qualify for free shipping. For unqualified orders, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
My order contains in-stock and Pre-Order items. Can you ship the Pre-Order items separately?
As a default, orders will not ship until all items on that order are available. We suggest putting pre-orders on separate orders from currently available items so that they can ship as soon as they are available.
